Upon completing a purchase from our website and successfully receiving the ordered parcel, we kindly request all valued customers to document the unboxing experience through a video. This crucial step ensures a transparent and secure transaction for both parties involved.

To uphold the authenticity of the unboxing process, it is mandatory that the video remains continuous, without any cuts or pauses. This stipulation is in place to prevent any potential misuse and to safeguard against fraudulent activities that unfortunately exist within the market.

We understand the importance of trust and customer satisfaction, and this requirement is a testament to our commitment to providing you with genuine and top-quality products. By adhering to this procedure, you not only contribute to your own peace of mind but also play a vital role in promoting fair and honest transactions.

It is essential to acknowledge that failing to provide an unboxing video as outlined in this guideline will preclude any claims for product replacement or disputes. We firmly believe that this meticulous approach will help counteract the presence of dishonest practices and reinforce our dedication to serving you better. Your cooperation in this matter is deeply appreciated.

If you don't know how to shoot an unboxing video, please contact us. We will send you a video of exactly how to shoot an unboxing video. The unboxing video will not replace the product or issue a refund on your part. Please make sure to shoot the unboxing video for that no cut no pause
